Terms of Use

Placing an order through this site is a request, not a confirmed booking. An order is confirmed only once we accept it and payment has been verified. Until an order reaches Order accepted you may cancel it yourself from your account. After that point ingredients have been bought and oven time reserved, so please message us instead and we will do what we can.

Each item carries its own lead time, counted in working days. Days we are closed do not count toward it, so the earliest date offered already accounts for our schedule. Where an express option is offered, a premium applies and is shown clearly before you pay.

All prices are in Malaysian ringgit (MYR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. No card or bank details are entered on this site. You choose a payment method and we verify receipt manually before confirming your order. Prices shown on an order are those that applied when the order was placed.

Collection is free from our kitchen on your chosen date. Where delivery is offered, a flat fee applies by zone and is shown before checkout. Please make sure the recipient name, contact number and address are correct — we cannot be responsible for a delivery that fails because the details given were wrong or nobody was available to receive it.

You may cancel free of charge at any time before we accept your order. Once accepted, cancellation is at our discretion, since perishable goods and reserved production time cannot always be recovered. Refunds, where agreed, are made by the same method the payment was received.

Our kitchen handles eggs, dairy, gluten, nuts and soy. We cannot guarantee any item is free from traces of these, even where a recipe does not include them. If you have an allergy, tell us in the order notes before ordering and we will advise honestly whether we can safely fulfil it. Cakes are best kept refrigerated and consumed within the period we advise on collection or delivery.

Product photographs show our own work and are representative. Handmade items vary, so the item you receive may differ slightly in decoration or shade. For bespoke work we agree the design with you before starting.

Signing in uses your Google account. We store only your email address, the orders you place, any delivery addresses you save and the messages you send us — used solely to fulfil and discuss your orders. We do not sell or share your details. You may ask us to delete your account at any time; orders already fulfilled may be retained as business records.
